Cancellations between 2025 November 15 to 2026 January 15 subject 
to $200 penalty, unless re-filled
Cancellations between 2026 January 15 to 2026 March 15 subject 
to $800 penalty, unless re-filled
NO refunds after 2026 March 15 – full penalty apples unless re-filled with an approved substitute traveler
