About Pricing -  please note that the trip is priced in Euros. And the euro is very high right now – so making the trip expensive in todays translated dollars.  BUT the euro should come down!!  And then the USD pricing translation should be much better.  That is why it says “approx” on the usd price.
So when the euro comes down (in the Spring???) you will have the option of paying your final payment when it is low at anytime.
Nore:  You are paying in USD, but the calculation of the price is Euro to Dollar in the end...

Mosel Boat & Bike LOGISTICS:  
If doing the Oktoberfest pre-stay, you will have a 10am Sept 25th private transfer by Mercedes vans to Koblenz, a BONUS stop at Marksburg Castle with guided tour, and your one night hotel stay in Koblenz (double occupancy).
 
If you do NOT do the Oktoberfest pre-stay, just arrive into Frankfurt on Sept 25th before 1pm.
And includes 3pm private transfer by Mercedes vans to Koblenz, with one-night hotel (double occupancy).
 
Your Choice of Cabin –   Basically – the cabins on both decks are all the same    :    )    except
that the lower deck windows do NOT open (all have a/c).
On the lower/Main deck there are 21 twin cabins (about 11 sq. m.) and on the Upper deck 22 twin cabins (about 11 sq. m.)
 
Upper deck - All cabins have a bathroom with shower, toilet, and hairdryer; a telephone, TV, individually controlled air conditioner / heating, refrigerator, safe and panoramic windows. The twin beds cannot be pushed together. The windows on the upper deck can be opened.
 
Lower Main Deck - All cabins have a bathroom with shower, toilet, and hairdryer; a telephone, TV, individually controlled air conditioner / heating, refrigerator, safe and panoramic windows. The twin beds cannot be pushed together. The windows on the lower deck CANNOT be opened.
 
 
Includes Bicycle:  7-gear Unisex Trekking road bike is included.
You can upgrade to an E-Bike for 99 euros.  
You MUST select a bike at the time you book  - 7-gear unisex trekking bike– included $0 -  or upgrade to an 8-speed Unisex Velo do Ville E-Bike for 99€. 
E-Bikes are in very limited supply, and not guaranteed.
 
The Cruise ends in Saarburg, and there is NO transfer included – because I know quite a lot of you will be going to the train station and exploring other parts of Europe!  Good idea!!
So from Saarburg, you can take the train back to Frankfurt (on your own), or wherever you are flying out of.
Or I can arrange a private transfer back to Frankfurt, or check with the boat if they are doing a bus??

CANCELLATION POLICY
       Deposit Refundable, less $25 penalty, if canceled by 2025 Nov 1
       Cancellations between 2025 November 1 to 2026 February 1 subject to $200 penalty, unless re-filled
       Cancellations between 2026 February 1 to 2026 June 1 subject to $600 penalty, 
unless re-filled
       NO refunds after 2026 June 1 – full penalty apples – no refund - unless re-filled with an approved substitute traveler
