Disembarkation at Puerto Caldera:
This port is due WEST of San Jose (the capital) where you will fly home from on Jan 31st.
There will be a transfer/pick-up from the Port at the begining of this adventure.
The tour ENDS in San Jose.

Flight Home:: You should book your flight from San Jose, Costa Rica SJO
Fly home anytime January 31st.

Weather: Central America in January is optimal time to travel! It should be warm days - around 80 degrees - and balmy nights - in the 60's. Always an ocean breeze.
Currency: US dollars for all standard transactions (paper money).
Coins could be in Balboa local currency (coins only) or US coins, as they use both.
Electric: Ship: 110V Standard US electric.
Hotels: 120 V completely compatible with US electric.
